This is how we made them.....    

   

You will need:

Two two litre bottles,strong tape,water,food coloring and glitter.

 

What to do:

First you get one of your bottles and fill it up to about the start of the label with water.

Next you get your food coloring and glitter and put it in the water. You only need a few drops of food colouring.

Then get your other bottle and place it on top of the other.

After that get the tape and and tape the top of  both of the bottles together.

We used black duck tape because it's stronger.

Be very careful with them because they are very fragile .

 

When it is finished:

Turn it upside down and swirl it around and it should look like a tornado.

 

If you do not swirl it around the water will just run through.

 

It was really fun to make I found it hard in different places.

If I was making it again I would use a bottle with a more rounded neck. We found that the tornado worked best in them.
